Kits cost $119 to $199, are made to order and ship nationwide from our base in Sandy Springs, Georgia.

Real estate agents, teams, brokerages and home builders anywhere in the United States buy Remarque gifts to give their clients at or after closing. You place the order and send the client's details. We proof, engrave and pack the gift, then ship it to you or directly to the homeowner.

Single kits range from $119 for Kitchen Simple to $199 for the Local Landmark Edition, and the Established Home Plaque is $149. Teams can prepay a Team 10-Pack at 5% off, and builder edition plaques run $79 to $99 each with a 10 plaque minimum. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Send the household name exactly as it should be engraved, the year they became homeowners, an optional address line, your note to the client, the closing date and where the gift should go. We email a proof for your approval before anything is engraved, so names and dates are right the first time.

Yes. Remarque ships across the US, to you or directly to your client. Standard is $8, Express is $15, and Standard is free on orders of $250 or more. Within about 7 miles of our Sandy Springs area location, free local delivery is offered at checkout when your address qualifies, and we'll contact you to arrange a delivery time.

Orders ship within 3 business days of proof approval. We email you a proof first, and the 3 business days start once you approve it. Delivery time then depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout, so for a firm closing date, order early and choose a faster method if needed.

Tell us as soon as the date changes. Delivery date and delivery address changes are free until your order ships, even after engraving starts. Engraved name and date changes are free before engraving starts. After engraving starts, any change that needs the piece re-engraved is charged at cost.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage. We will remake the piece free of charge, or refund it if a remake can't arrive in time for your client. If tracking shows a package is lost, we will remake it free. The same 7 days apply if a piece doesn't match your approved proof.

Yes, discreetly. Your name and message go on the note card, and the card can carry your team or brokerage name. The engraved keepsake itself stays about your client and their home, so it reads as a personal gift rather than an advertisement.

Each gift comes with a QR code magnet for the fridge. Your client scans it to open a local guide for the homeowner's area, with your name and an easy way to stay in touch with you.

Yes. The walnut boards are food safe, including Kitchen Simple and the Local Landmark Edition board. Follow the care card included with each kit. The Established Home Plaque is a decorative wall piece rather than a board, so it is not meant for food.

Yes. The Team 10-Pack is 10 kits in one style at 5% off, each personalized for a different closing and used within 12 months. Larger teams and brokerages can ask about volume pricing. Builder edition plaques carry your community's design, cost $79 to $99 each and start at 10 plaques. Request a quote and we will reply with options.

Yes. Each kit is personalized for a different closing. Redeem one kit per closing on our Redeem a Team Kit page, or email ben@remarquegifts.com a spreadsheet with several closings at once. We email a proof before engraving, and each kit ships within 3 business days of approval.

Remarque sells gifts at posted prices to the agents and companies who give them, with no connection to referrals or closings. Gift rules vary by brokerage and state, so check your broker's policy before ordering. For tax questions, ask your accountant.
