Team 10-Pack

  • Every gift is proofed for your approval before engraving and ships within 3 business days of approval
  • Ship each gift to the agent or straight to the homeowner

Redemption, cancellation and refunds

  • Kits are redeemed one at a time, when you send a client's details.
  • Kits are used within 12 months of purchase. There is no automatic rollover, but you can request one 3-month extension. After that, any unused kits become store credit.
  • Unused kits get a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, unused kits become store credit. There is no processing fee.
  • Change a kit's delivery date or address for free until it ships. Engraved name and date changes are free before engraving starts. After engraving starts, a re-engrave is charged at cost.
  • Engraved kits are personalized and aren't refundable, except for our errors, damage or loss in transit. Report damage or a piece that doesn't match its proof within 7 days of delivery, with photos of any damage, and we'll remake it free or refund it if a remake can't arrive in time. If tracking shows a package is lost, we'll remake it free.
  • The 10-Pack discount can't be combined with other offers.

Brokerages

We can set up one approved design and a simple ordering process for your agents, with discreet brokerage or agent branding on the note card. Brokers should review any agent-branded materials before use. Tell us about your office.

Builder edition plaque

A walnut house plaque engraved with your community's design and each buyer's name, using the same approved template for every home.
