Remarque gifts are made to order for each client. This policy explains how and when they arrive.
Proof and production
We send a proof for your approval before engraving. Production starts after you approve the proof. Orders ship within 3 business days of proof approval. Delivery time then depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout.
Where we deliver
We ship nationwide within the United States, to you or directly to your client. Free local delivery is available within about 7 miles of our Sandy Springs area location. It's offered at checkout when your address qualifies, and we'll contact you to arrange a delivery time. Everyone else gets regular shipping at the rates below.
Rates
Standard shipping is $8, Express is $15, and standard shipping is free on orders of $250 or more. Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
Packaging
Each piece is packed in a protective sleeve and a fitted box with paper cushioning.
Moved closings and address changes
Changes to the delivery date or delivery address are free until your order ships, even after engraving starts. Changes to the engraved name or date are free before engraving starts. After engraving starts, any change that needs the piece re-engraved is charged at cost.
Damaged or lost deliveries
If a gift arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll remake it free of charge, or refund it if a remake can't arrive in time. If tracking shows a package is lost, we'll remake it free of charge.
