Kits are redeemed one per closing at /pages/redeem-team-kit, and each ships within 3 business days of proof approval. Kits are used within 12 months of purchase. There is no automatic rollover, but you can request one 3-month extension. After that, any unused kits become store credit. Unused kits get a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, unused kits become store credit. There is no processing fee.

If tracking shows a package is lost, we'll remake it free of charge. If an engraved piece doesn't match the proof you approved, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll remake it at no charge.
- Shipping: Standard shipping is $8, Express is $15, and standard shipping is free on orders of $250 or more.
- Local delivery: Free local delivery is available within about 7 miles of our Sandy Springs area location. It's offered at checkout when your address qualifies, and we'll contact you to arrange a delivery time. Everyone else gets regular shipping.
- Samples: Qualified agents and team leads can get a free sample kit, hand-delivered in North Fulton. Elsewhere, a mailed sample costs $25, and we credit the $25 toward your first order. We reply to sample and quote requests within 1 business day.
- Food safe: The walnut boards in Kitchen Simple and Local Landmark Edition are food safe. The Established Home Plaque is decorative and not for food.
