How redemption works

  • Each kit is personalized for a different closing, with that homeowner's names, address line and closing date.
  • When a closing comes up, redeem one kit on our Redeem a Team Kit page. Brokers can email us a spreadsheet with several closings at once.
  • Each kit's proof is emailed before engraving and ships within 3 business days of approval.
  • Each kit ships to you or straight to your client.
  • Use your kits within 12 months of purchase, with one 3-month extension on request.

At checkout we only need your team or brokerage name and a contact. Each kit includes the engraved walnut piece, your note card, a care card, a QR code fridge magnet that opens a local guide for the homeowner's area with your name and an easy way to stay in touch, and protective packaging.

Redemption, cancellation and refunds

  • Kits are redeemed one at a time, one per closing.
  • Kits are used within 12 months of purchase. There is no automatic rollover, but you can request one 3-month extension. After that, any unused kits become store credit.
  • Unused kits get a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, unused kits become store credit. There is no processing fee.
  • Change a kit's delivery date or address for free until it ships. Engraved name and date changes are free before engraving starts. After engraving starts, a re-engrave is charged at cost.
  • Engraved kits are personalized and can't be refunded, except for our own errors, damage or loss in transit. Report damage or a piece that doesn't match its proof within 7 days of delivery, with photos of any damage, and we'll remake it free or refund it if a remake can't arrive in time. If tracking shows a package is lost, we'll remake it free. See our refund policy.
  • The 10-Pack discount can't be combined with other offers.
